3. Made-to-Order Products

Many products sold on our website are produced only after an order is placed. This means your product may be printed, prepared, packed, or processed specifically for your order.

Because of this, cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be possible once the order has been processed for production, printed, packed, shipped, or handed over to our fulfillment partner.

Please review the product details, size chart, color, design, address, and order information carefully before placing your order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.

An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully received and the order is confirmed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Incorrect product information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Delivery location not serviceable
• Payment failure
• Errors in order details
• Any other reason that prevents us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will process a refund or store credit as applicable.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other charges depending on how the price is displayed at checkout. The final payable amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider.

Aesthetic Redemption does not store your full card, UPI, banking, or payment credentials on its own systems. Payment processing is handled by authorized third-party providers.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timelines mentioned on our website or communicated at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

• Production time
• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailability
• Pincode serviceability
• Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customer-related delivery issues, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Courier Returns / Return to Origin

An order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) if the courier is unable to deliver it.

Common reasons include:

• Customer not contactable
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Customer refused delivery
• COD amount not ready, where applicable
• Door, office, or premises closed
• Pincode not serviceable
• Customer requested future delivery or self-pickup

If an order is returned due to customer-related reasons, reshipping may require additional charges. These charges may include reshipping cost, address correction cost, return handling cost, or other applicable charges.

If no action is taken within the storage period allowed by our fulfillment partner, the returned product may no longer be available for reshipping.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, we may not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size selected by the customer
• Wrong color or design selected by the customer
• Personal preference regarding fit, feel, fabric, or style
• Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
• Products that match the confirmed order and website description

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted, or misrepresented product, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution after verification.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

10. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for production or dispatch.

Once an order has been printed, packed, shipped, or processed by our fulfillment partner, cancellation may not be possible.

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund or store credit will be processed as applicable.

By using our website, you agree that you will not:

We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, subject to the nature of the complaint and required verification.
